Milestones and Deliverables

State 1:  Project Planning Phase:

• Develop our master plan

• Learn about Pelco innovation process

• Further refine our project focus

Stage 2:  Trends/Needs Identification

• Performing literature searches (ie. Pelco documents that would support our research)

• Ineterview top experts with our formulated questions list

• Interpret/analyze data from interviews and select specific areas of project to focus on.

• Define or generate new concepts needed for completing the audit that were not originally thought of.

Stage 3:  Final Concept Development

• Plan a workshop on a Saturday to bang this thing out!

• Finalize concepts

• Assemble written report

Stage 4:  Project Wrap-Up

• Evaluate project outcome

• Practice presentation

Stage 5:  Presentation Phase

• Present written and oral report
